VCI Owner, Michael “Scott” Golden, has been advocating for Veterans Rights for years. He understands the difficulties facing Military Veterans making the transition back into the civilian world. Issues he himself faced when he originally left the US NAVY in 1991 as a US NAVY CHIEF.
Since then he helped advocate for PUBLIC LAW 106-50 “Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999” and PUBLIC LAW 109-461 “Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006” and aided in pushing them through the HOUSE and SENATE.
